14-day refund on request

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including after downloading your installer. No technical problem or other reason is required.

Email Kronusone888@gmail.com with your purchase email address and order reference, if available. Do not send payment card details.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider. A full refund removes access to future downloads for that purchase through your account.
